 * Areas of fog will persist across portions of the Saginaw valley
   and northern thumb region early tonight. Fog may become 
   locally dense in some locations. 

IMPACTS...

 * Widely varying visibility restrictions can be expected through
   the early portion of the night. The fog may lead to rapid 
   reductions of visibility down to one quarter mile at times.

 * Patchy fog means areas coverage or duration of the fog will
