South Dakota...south central South Dakota...southwestern South
Dakota...the Black Hills of South Dakota...northeast Wyoming...
and the Black Hills of Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

An arctic cold front will move through today bringing much colder
temperatures and a light wintry mix of precipitation.
Accumulations will be minor. Wind chills tonight will drop to zero
to 20 below zero.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Minimum wind chills through Friday will range from zero to 20
below zero at times. Some light snow may occur with generally
light accumulations.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed today.

As arctic air pours into the area, 1 to 3 inches of snow will
occur today with some blowing snow at times. Bitterly cold wind
chills are expected tonight with readings from 25 below to 35
below zero at times.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Minimum wind chills through Friday will range from 15 below to 35
below zero at times. Some light snow may occur with generally 
light accumulations.
