Temperatures fell into the minus 10 to minus 25 range this
evening, under clear skies. Wind chills continued to be the
persistent hazard, ranging from the twenties to forties below
zero.

Bitter cold temperatures will persist in the region through
tonight. Windy conditions will push wind chills back into the
negative forties and fifties. Air temperature will range from the
negative twenties to the negative thirties.

Thursday will remain cold, with highs still in the single digits
below zero. Look for temperatures to start warming again Friday as
we head towards the weekend with highs in the middle 20s and 30s.
