Quiet conditions later Friday will give way to a more unsettled pattern for the weekend and early next week. && .DISCUSSION... A weak disturbance is pushing across the state early this morning with the potential for generally light showers across the White Mountains. The northern third of the state has already cleared out however. Dry conditions are expected from later today into Thursday before low pressure swings across southern AZ Thursday night. Impacts are expected to be rather minimal with this passage, though showers are expected with snow levels right around 7000 feet. A more significant system looks likely for the weekend with rain and accumulating high elevation snow expected. Details to become clearer in the coming days, but the timing of this system currently looks to peak around Saturday night.
