* At 633 AM EST, a dangerous snow squall was located along a line 
  extending from near Albion to near Jamestown, moving east at 45 
  mph.

  HAZARD...Extremely poor visibility in heavy snow and blowing snow. 
           Wind gusts greater than 40 mph.

  IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel.

* This includes the following highways...
   Interstate 390 between exits 11 and 12.
   Interstate 90 between exits 48A and 46.
   Interstate 86 between exits 12 and 27.

Albion, Batavia, Warsaw, Jamestown, Ellicottville, Salamanca, Olean,
