THIS EVENING...

* WINDS...North winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. The 
  strongest winds will be near Laughlin, Bullhead City, and 
  Davis Dam. 

* TIMING...Winds will increase this morning, peak in the 
  afternoon, and decrease after sunset. 

* IMPACTS...Winds and waves will make boating hazardous.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Lake Wind Advisory indicates that winds will cause rough chop
on area lakes. Small boats will be especially prone to capsizing.
