149 BMBB91 KLOX 241500 STQLOX *** weather.gov/spot archive status *** Hello, this is a STQ notification product that will remind you to Archive inactive incidents within your service area on the http://weather.gov/spot/monitor/?wfo=lox page. If a customer no longer needs forecast for an incident, then click the Archive link to move the incident and forecasts to the archive. Archived forecasts are available in the Calendar function on the website. If you do not see the Archive links for your incidents, then contact Virgil to get help fixing the issue. Incidents stay on the monitor page until they are archived. There is no automated process that does this, so Virgil has been archiving them nationwide when inactivity is 10 days or more since the website came online 2 years ago. It is better for local sites to do this task, since the are in contact with customers and may need to keep inactive incidents in the system. Default threshold for this message is 5 days. If your site needs a different threshold, contact Virgil to make the change. Below is a list of incidents that have been inactive for 5 days or more. Comments, issues, and suggestions on this new product can be sent to virgil.middendorf@noaa.gov Incident ID Date of last issued fcst inactive Incident Name ------------ ------------------------- -------- ------------------------------- 1900391.0 2019-01-18 8:33 AM PST 5 days Delta
