This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central and
southern Minnesota...and west central Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

Wind chills of -15 to -25 degrees are expected overnight,
especially north of I-94.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

A few inches of snow is likely to accumulate over a long period of
time Monday through Tuesday.

Significant blowing snow is possible in the open areas of
Minnesota on Thursday.

Another arctic air mass will bring very cold wind chill values 
Thursday night and into the weekend.
