.SYNOPSIS...A ridge of high pressure N of 75N lies W to E across
the Arctic with a 1039 mb center 400 nm N of Kaktovik, and a 1039
mb center 200 nm NE of Wrangel Island. A weak trough lies over
the Eastern Arctic Coast but will dissipate as high pressure
builds over the Arctic Plain tonight. By Sun morning a 1045 mb
high will be 400  nm N of Point Barrow with troughing over the
Arctic Plain and a  trough pushing N over the Chukchi Sea.
