* At  8:15 AM Friday the stage was 10.0 feet.
* Fell below flood stage at  7:00 AM Friday.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to 9.7 feet by tomorrow 
  morning.
* Impact...At stages near 10.0 feet...Minor flooding of Heymann Park
  off of Highway 90 will occur.
