...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM EST THIS
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Snow. Total accumulations of 3 to 7 inches, locally 10
  inches, with the highest amounts in western Grant and western 
  Pendleton counties. Winds will gust as high as 50 mph. Wind 
  chills may reach as low as minus 10 degrees.

* WHERE...In Maryland, Extreme Western Allegany County. In 
  Virginia, Western Highland County. In West Virginia, Western 
  Mineral, Western Grant and Western Pendleton Counties.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas 
  of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The 
  hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute. Gusty 
  winds could bring down tree branches. The cold wind chills as 
  low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if 
  precautions are not taken.
