EVENING...

* WHAT...Snow. Total snow accumulations ranging from 3 to 5 inches.
  Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Western Franklin MA County, including the cities and
  towns of Charlemont, Hawley, Colrain, Ashfield, Buckland and 
  Heath.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The 
  hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening 
  commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
