* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast. 
* Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
* The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by early Thursday 
  morning.
* At 19.0 feet...Low lying pasture will flood. Cattle should be moved to higher 
  ground.

* At 24.0 feet...Streets of Merrill will become flooded. At 24 feet the bridge 
  becomes inacessible by vehicles.
