along a line extending from near Greece to Grier City-Park Crest.
Movement was east at 30 mph.

Chemung, Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, Falls, Ithaca, Elmira, Vestal,
Auburn, Hazleton and Muhlenberg.

Icy roads are possible as the snow and sleet falls quickly and 
accumulates. Watch for rapidly changing road conditions.
