...BLOWING DUST HEALTH ALERT IN EFFECT FOR THE SOUTHERN PORTIONS
OF THE POWDER RIVER BASIN OF NORTHEASTERN WYOMING FROM 9 AM 
MST UNTIL 5 PM MST...

Southwest winds will continue to increase today, and remain gusty 
overnight tonight. Wind speeds will increase this morning to 35 to 
45 mph, with gusts to 60 mph. Wind speeds will decrease late this
afternoon.  

The Wyoming Air Quality Division recommends the elderly, young
children, and individuals with respiratory problems avoid
excessive physical exertion and minimize outdoor activities during
this time. Although these people are most susceptible to health
impacts, the air quality division also advises that everyone
should avoid prolonged exposure to the poor air quality
conditions.
