.AVIATION...Patchy fog and persistent low clouds mainly 
affecting TRI this morning.  The fog will lift by mid morning but 
overall...expect deteriorating conditions today.   A frontal 
boundary to our south will lift north as a short wave moves through 
the upper flow.  The result will be widespread showers spreading 
from southwest to northeast across the area late today and through 
the overnight hours.  This will create IFR/MVFR conditions with 
occasional LIFR conditions possible.  Winds should remain fairly 
light through the TAF period...generally staying below 10 KTs.
