A few showers were detected across the surrounding waters with little to no rain over land areas. Overnight low temperatures were in the mid to upper 70s. Winds were generally from the northeast between 10 and 15 mph with some occasionally higher gusts. A drier than normal airmass will promote mainly dry weather conditions across most of the region for today. Breezy conditions are expected to continue with winds between 15 and 20 mph with higher gusts. High temperatures are expected to be in the mid to upper 80s. Across the regional waters, rough seas up to 7 feet will continue and a small craft advisory continues in effect for most of the local waters. Winds will remain at 15 to 20 knots with occasionally higher gusts.
