Sunrise temperatures ranged from 18 degrees in Yuma to 35 degrees in McCook. Winds were gusting as high as 43 mph from the north in Yuma. Light snow showers moved across much of the area through early this afternoon with moisture amounts up to one hundredth of an inch. 2 PM MST (3 PM CST) temperatures range from 14 degrees in Yuma to 20 degrees in Hill City. In Saint Francis the temperature is 16 degrees, 42 degrees colder compared to 24 hours ago. OUTLOOK... A Wind Chill Advisory is in effect for the entire Tri- State area tonight through Tuesday morning. Wind chill readings as low as 20 below zero are expected. Low temperatures will generally be in the zero to five above zero range. The cold weather continues on Tuesday with high temperatures only in the low teens to near 20. Tuesday night will be cold once again with lows in the single digits above zero. Most of the area climbs to or above the freezing mark Wednesday and mid 40s to mid 50s by Friday. $$
