  Whitewater Creek near Starrs Mill affecting Fayette County

...Flood Warning extended until Sunday morning...The Flood Warning 
continues for
  The Whitewater Creek near Starrs Mill.
* Until Sunday morning.
* At 3 AM Saturday the stage was 12.3 feet...and 
  rising.
* Minor flooding is occurring.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* The river will continue rising to near 12.7 feet by this morning. 
  The river will fall below flood stage early tomorrow.
* At 13.0 feet...Minor flooding continues to expand into the 
  woodlands and fields along the creek downstream from the Starrs 
  Mill Dam to Line Creek. Most of Starrs Mill Park including the rock
  access road will be under 1 to 3 feet of water. The flood waters 
  will surround the steps leading to the mill and cover the concrete 
  spillway.
