* At 321 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated moderate to heavy rain was 
  falling across portions of the advised area. Up to two inches of 
  rain have already fallen today. Additional rain is expected the 
  next few hours. As a result, poor drainage and low lying flooding 
  can be expected through the evening commute.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Trenton, Camden, Gloucester City, Bensalem, Ewing,
  Willingboro, Princeton, Florence, Bellmawr, Woodbury, Burlington,
  Bristol, Riverside, Conshohocken, Palmyra, Hatboro, Hightstown,
  Jenkintown and Westville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
