...WINTER WEATHER CONDITION FORECAST FOR THE MOUNTAINS ESPECIALLY
THE GRAPEVINE AREA...

.Northerly flow will continue to generate scattered showers 
across north-facing mountain slopes through this evening. Snow 
levels will remain around 4000 to 4500 feet. Above 6000 feet, 
total snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches are expected 
through this evening with possibly up to an inch around 4000 feet.
With the snow showers, gusty northerly winds will make for 
hazardous winter weather conditions.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM PST THIS
EVENING...

* WHAT...Snow and gusty north winds. Snow accumulations 2 to 4
  inches above 600 feet with possibly around one inch at 4000
  feet. Strong north winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 55 mph will
  continue and could create near zero visibilities in blowing 
  snow.

* WHERE...Ventura County Mountains and Los Angeles County 
  Mountains excluding the Santa Monica Range. Highest amounts 
  expected across the Interstate 5 Corridor Mountains.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM PST this evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery and icy road conditions. 
  Damage to trees and power lines is possible. Be prepared for 
  reduced visibilities at times.
