knots across the Florida Straits and Gulf waters from 10 nm south of 
Cosgrove Shoal Light to just west of the Marquesas Keys to near S 
Tower. Mariners in this area may encounter moderate to heavy 
downpours, reduced visibility below 3 NM, potential wind gusts to 25
knots, and possibly an isolated lightning strike.
