clear and dry air mass with all sites reaching freezing. Upper
ridge builds over the Pacific Northwest through Tuesday with dry
and mild conditions. Temperatures warm several degrees each day in
response to the building ridge. 

.LONG TERM...Tuesday night through Sunday...High pressure will 
dominate through the week with sunny skies and near normal 
temperatures. Morning inversions will make for hazy skies by late
in the week.

.AVIATION...VFR. Light surface winds at the surface and aloft
under building high pressure. Winds at 10k feet north 10 to 15 
knots.
