.AVIATION...For 12Z TAFs
Increasing tropical moisture will pull into east Tennessee producing 
periods of showers across TRI through 15Z this morning. Visibilities 
may drop to 5 miles.

This area moves out by 15Z, then dry conditions are anticipated 
before a much larger area of showers (possibly a thunderstorms 
across CHA) by late this evening through early Thursday morning. The 
rain will drop visibilities to 3-5 miles. Moistening of the boundary 
layer will also lower ceilings to MVFR conditions, possibly IFR.

Winds will be gusty ate times due to tightening pressure gradients 
from Hurricane Michael and surface ridging into the Appalachians 
Today. Winds will shift from easterly to north to northwest as the 
circulation from Michael moves east and frontal boundary moves 
through east Tennessee.
