* WHERE...Rolette, Pierce, Sheridan, Wells and Foster counties.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon CDT Friday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Expect 
  reduced visibilities at times.
