.DISCUSSION...There is a chance of showers and possibly
a few thunderstorms today. High temperatures on the plains
will be mainly in the upper 50s to the mid-60s and the minimum
relative humidity will generally range from 45 to 55 percent. 
Northerly winds are expected at 10 to 15 mph.

...LOW FIRE DANGER...

The grassland fire danger index will reach the low category this 
afternoon. Favorable weather conditions or a high moisture 
content of grasses, and other dry organic material on the ground,
indicate that the probability of a fire occurrence is low.
Outdoor burning under these conditions can usually be performed 
with reasonable safety precautions.

The outlook for Tuesday afternoon, The grassland fire danger
index will reach the low category to high category.
