The Flood Warning continues for
  The Big River at Byrnesville
* from Sunday before midnight until Monday morning.
* At 10AM Friday the stage was 2.3 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
* The river is forecast to rise above flood stage by Sunday before 
  midnight and crest near 16.4 feet by early Monday morning. The 
  river will fall below flood stage by Monday morning.
* At 15.5 feet... Rockford Beach Park at the Highway MM bridge begins
  flooding.
