.DISCUSSION...An area of mixed wet/dry thunderstorms will develop east of the Double Chin fire to the Utah state
line today and this evening. In the vicinity of the fire, cumulus buildups and virga could cause gusty and erratic 
outflow winds. Smoke will hamper visibility at times. Drier and warmer Thursday but less windy.

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny. Patchy smoke. Cumulus buildups will develop in the vicinity of the fire today.
                    Isolated mixed wet/dry thunderstorms will develop between the fire and the Utah line. These will 
                    potentially cause gusty and erratic outflow winds near the fire.
