  Marine Sanctuary...
  Massachusetts Bay and Ipswich Bay...

* Until 145 PM EDT.

* At 1144 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a cluster of torrential 
  rain showers and localized strong wind gusts.  Some cloud to 
  ground lightning may develop too.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

  Eastern Point Ma, Mass Bay Buoy 44029, Boston Light, Stellwagen
