...A FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 400 PM CDT FOR
SOUTHWESTERN BROWN COUNTY...

At 1234 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported flooding continuing 
across the warned area. Many county roads remain closed with 
flooding still reported in the Sleepy Eye, Springfield and New Ulm 
areas. Some locations that will experience flooding include... 
Sleepy Eye, Springfield and Cobden. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall has caused flooding of small 
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying 
spots.
