A ridge of high pressure over the region will allow hot and humid 
conditions to continue through the weekend. With heat indices 
climbing into the lower 100s, a heat advisory is in effect across 
much of eastern Nebraska through Sunday. Little to no precipitation 
is expected until a cold front drifts into northeastern Nebraska, 
spurring showers and thunderstorms across the area Sunday into 
Monday. 

Low temperatures will only dip into the mid to upper 70s tonight. 
Highs on Saturday will once again climb into the mid to upper 90s, 
with heat indicies approaching 100 to 105 degrees.
