  West central Craven County in eastern North Carolina...

* Until 315 PM EDT.

* At 248 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near La Grange,
  moving east at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Kinston, La Grange, Grifton, Phillips Crossroads, Dawson,
  Graingers, Institute, Wyse Fork, Kinston Regional Jetport, Dover
  and Sandy Bottom.
