The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Sussex County in southern Delaware...
  South central Kent County in central Delaware...
  Talbot County in eastern Maryland...
  Southern Caroline County in eastern Maryland...

* Until 845 AM EDT.

* At 539 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated an area of heavy rains that 
  will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. The rains are 
  moving northward across the Delmarva region at around 35 mph. Up 
  to one inch of rain has already fallen in the past few hours. 
  Totals of another inch are possible before 9 a.m.  

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Easton, Georgetown, Talbot, Seaford, Millsboro, Laurel, Lewes,
  Federalsburg, Milton, Selbyville, Bridgeville, Delmar, Trappe, St.
  Michaels, Dagsboro, Preston, Oxford, Sharptown, Ellendale and Queen
  Anne.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
