TO 6 PM EDT SATURDAY...

* Location...The Atlantic coastal waters of New Jersey and 
  Delaware.

* Winds...East 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt.

* Seas...4 to 7 feet.

* Timing...Winds and seas will increase this morning. Winds will 
  diminish tonight, but seas may remain elevated through Saturday,
  especially off the New Jersey coast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 25 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners...especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.
