...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 530 PM CDT
FOR SOUTHWESTERN CORYELL AND EASTERN LAMPASAS COUNTIES...

At 443 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 14 miles south of
Evant, or 14 miles northwest of Copperas Cove, moving south at 30
mph.

HAZARD...Golf ball size hail and 70 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Public reported golf ball size hail in Evant. Radar 
         continues to support golf ball size hail and 70 mph wind 
         gusts.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail 
         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect 
         considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to 
         mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Locations impacted include...
Copperas Cove, Lampasas, Fort Hood and Kempner. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

This storm is producing large hail and damaging winds. SEEK SHELTER 
NOW inside a sturdy structure and stay away from windows.
