...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM MST THIS
EVENING FOR STRONG WINDS AND LOW RH FOR FIRE WEATHER ZONE 102...

* AFFECTED AREA...In Arizona...Fire weather zone 102. Especially 
  for areas south of the Colorado River Valley where the driest 
  fuels exist. 

* TIMING...Strong winds will last through the evening.

* WIND...Southwest gusts 40 to 50 mph.

* HUMIDITY...Minimum afternoon humidity 8 to 12 percent for 
  lower elevations and 10 to 15 percent for higher elevations.

* IMPACTS...A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather 
  conditions are expected. A combination of strong winds...low 
  relative humidity...and warm temperatures can contribute to 
  extreme fire behavior. Any fires that develop will likely 
  spread rapidly.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Outdoor burning is not recommended. Heed all fire restrictions.

* WIND...North wind 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.

  afternoon then climbing to 15 to 25 percent this evening.
