Watch, which is in effect from late tonight through Tuesday
morning.

* Temperatures...at or just below freezing.

* Timing...mainly a few hours before daybreak Tuesday morning.

* Impacts...Sensitive plants and vegetation may be damaged.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Freeze Watch means sub-freezing temperatures are possible.
These conditions could kill crops and other sensitive vegetation.
