...AN AREA OF HEAVY SNOW WILL AFFECT NORTHEASTERN PISCATAQUIS AND
EAST CENTRAL AROOSTOOK COUNTIES...

At 448 PM EST, an area of very heavy snow was located near Presque 
Isle. The heavy snow was moving northwest around 20 miles per hour.

Winds in excess of 30 mph and visibilities less than one eighth of a 
mile are possible with this area of heavy snow.

Locations impacted include...
Presque Isle, Caribou, Fort Fairfield, Limestone, Portage, Mapleton,
Washburn, Mars Hill, Ashland, Easton, Woodland, Bridgewater, Portage
Lake, Masardis, Oxbow, Russel Crossing, Big Machias Lake, Loring,
Fish River Lake and Scopan.

This includes the following highways...
 US Highway 1 between Bridgewater and Caribou.
 State Highway 11 between Masardis and Portage.
