Scattered showers are starting to spread over the area this
afternoon. Although unlikely, can't rule out an isolated
thunderstorm or two as well. MVFR ceilings with perhaps an hour or
two of IFR are expected overnight tonight. Showers will develop
again in the morning, followed by scattered thunderstorms in the
afternoon. A cold front will approach the region at the tail end
of the taf period, making it through KCLL and KUTS probably an
hour or two before 00Z.  11
