The Flood Warning continues for
  The Coahulla Creek near Keiths Mill near Dalton.
* Until this morning.
* At 1230 AM Monday the stage was 16.2 feet...and rising.
* Minor flooding is occurring.
* Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
* The river will begin to fall later today and fall below flood stage
  in the afternoon.
* At 16.0 feet...Minor flooding begins. Pasture and fields 
  upstream...right and left bank from the Keiths Mill Road bridge...
  and downstream on the left bank begin to flood.
