Gusty southwest to west winds will be at a peak early Tuesday 
morning but remain strong into the afternoon. An inversion to 
start the day is likely to break late in the morning. The remnants
of a dissipating cold front will move through in the afternoon 
with winds more noticeably diminishing behind it. Winds will be 
weaker and high clouds will persist on Wednesday under weak high 
pressure. High pressure will strengthen late in the week and bring
a warming trend.
