* WHAT...Snow expected. Plan on difficult travel conditions. Total
  snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches, with localized amounts up 
  to 10 inches, are expected.

* WHERE...South Washington Cascades above 3000 feet.

* WHEN...4 AM to 6 PM today.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Steady snow will develop early this
  morning, then continue well into the day. Snow will taper to
  snow showers later this afternoon and evening.
