A weak storm system moves in tonight and Tuesday with breezy winds, 
better mixing, and chances for rain and mountain snow. A stronger 
storm system moves in Thursday and Friday bringing strong winds, rain
and snow to the region, even down to the valley floors. Cooler and 
wetter weather will continue through the second half of the month.
