A weak storm will exit today with a brief period of high pressure 
tonight and early Wednesday. Winds will then increase by late 
Wednesday and become strong Thursday ahead of a stronger storm.
Rain will develop by late Thursday morning, changing to snow by
Thursday evening as a cold front passes. Snow will taper to 
scattered snow showers Friday.
