...An Air Quality Advisory has been issued by the Idaho Department of
Environmental Quality...

Due to stagnant air and elevated pollutant levels...the air quality 
remains Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups in Lemhi counties of Idaho 
including Salmon and surrounding area. This Advisory will remain in 
effect until air quality has significantly improved.

Those individuals who are sensitive to increased particulate or smoke
levels are encouraged to limit prolonged or strenuous outdoor
activity. An increase in symptoms of asthma and other respiratory
ailments are likely.

Another statement will be issued about 10 AM MST Thursday January 4th
2018 unless conditions improve and the alert is no longer needed.
