...WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON EST
WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Wind chills will plunge to 10 to 20 degrees below zero
  tonight. Wind chills that cold will cause frostbite in as 
  little as 30 minutes to exposed skin. 

* WHERE...Portions of northwest Pennsylvania and northern Ohio.

* WHEN...Until noon EST Wednesday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Wind Chills this low may cause frost bite and hypothermia if 
precautions are not taken. Make sure you wear a hat and gloves.
