Major winter storms will bring heavy snow to much of Central and Eastern Montana through Saturday. Meanwhile, Arctic high pressure will keep most of Southern Saskatchewan, Western North Dakota, and the far northeastern corner of Montana mostly dry, and bitter cold. Tonight, additional snow, mainly in the southwest, with temperatures that will become much colder. Expect lows to minus 30 north to minus 10 south, with wind chills 30 to 50 below. Saturday, snow spreads across all of the region. Temperatures remain cold, with highs from minus 15 north to 5 below south. Saturday night snow ending.
