Advisory for rough bar, which is in effect from 3 PM to 7 PM PST
Monday. 

* IN THE MAIN CHANNEL...

* General seas...6 to 8 FT.

* FIRST EBB...Around 445 AM Monday. Seas building to near 10 ft.

* SECOND EBB...Strong ebb around 445 PM Monday. Seas building to
  near 10 ft with breakers likely.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory for rough bar means that wave conditions
are expected to be hazardous to small craft in or near harbor
entrances.

TUESDAY AFTERNOON...

* WINDS...Through tonight, South to southwest 15 to 20 kt with
  gusts to 25 kt. Late Monday night and Tuesday, south wind 25 to
  35 kt with gusts 40 to 45 kt. 

* SEAS...8 to 9 feet through Monday, building to a peak around 15
  to 17 feet mid-day Tuesday. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory for wind means that wind speeds of 21 to
33 knots are expected. Inexperienced mariners...especially those
operating smaller vessels should avoid navigating in these
conditions.

A Gale Watch is issued when the risk of gale force winds of 34 to
47 knots has significantly increased...but the specific timing
and/or location is still uncertain. It is intended to provide
additional lead time for mariners who may wish to consider
altering their plans.
