.Synopsis for Marianas Waters...Mainly fresh trade winds and
combined seas of 8 to 10 feet will produce hazardous conditions for
operators of small craft through tonight. An upper-level low is
expected to bring isolated thunderstorms Tuesday through 
Wednesday. Seas will diminish 1 to 2 feet Tuesday, but are
expected to rise again toward the weekend.
