Clouds continue to develop along and to the south of the 
Cordillera Central. Expect showers with periods of moderate to  
locally heavy rain at times affecting these areas. Some of the 
heavier showers will cause ponding of water on roadways and 
hazardous driving conditions through the evening hours.
Thunderstorm activity is expected to begin later this afternoon.
